		<description>That would be a ray. Locals of impoverished coastal areas commonly catch these rays and then alter their fins to make them look strange. These are then displayed bottom-side to display the mouth and nasal slits in their &quot;face-like&quot; formation. Fisherman like to sell these to tourists because they look... well, kind of cool.</description>
