An Unusual Squid

This squid was found among 80,000 deep-sea organisms collected from the northern Mid-Atlantic Ridge, a chain of undersea mountains halfway between Europe and North America.This new, unusual type of squid was named Promachoteuthis sloan. The shape of its beak suggests the squid is a powerful chewer.

    I think I have eaten this thing skewered and broiled at a seaside fish market in northeast Japan.

    hes champ at chewing probably.but its probably poisonious because its bright red.but anyway ju st stay away from it.but were find it atlantic?
